Before any order leaves our facility, every individual necklace, bracelet, and fashion jewelry piece undergoes a strict manual inspection. We double-check every clasp, link, and finish to ensure it perfectly meets our quality standards before it is securely packaged and dispatched to you.

Processing & Dispatch Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with your tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Delivery Time: Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver your parcel within 2 to 3 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Tracking: This service includes full end-to-end tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is handed over to Royal Mail so you can follow its journey.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the Royal Mail system.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@kailen.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you immediately.

Late or Delayed Deliveries

While Royal Mail Tracked 48 is incredibly reliable, minor seasonal delays or disruptions can occasionally happen within the postal network. We ask for your patience during peak periods, but rest assured every parcel is fully tracked and insured against loss.
